Shipping & Deliveries:
We deliver our Liquor using FastwayCouriers (or appropriate alternative should circumstances dictate). We deliver to any Australian residential or business address, except for Post Office boxes and restricted and Dry Area locations listed below.
Delivery charges will be added to your total before checkout. FATGRAPE currently has a 4-tiered delivery charging structure as shown below (inclusive of GST), which is subject to review.
Wine Club: $6.95 to all locations
Zone A: $9.95
Zone B: $19.95
Zone C: $29.95
You may request that orders be despatched to multiple delivery addresses by emailing us your order and delivery requirements at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please understand that this will incur multiple delivery charges, as appropriate to each delivery address.
The delivery rates we charge do not represent the actual cost to FATGRAPE of delivery to your location. As such we reserve the right to deduct the normal delivery rate from any refunds or returns.
After ordering online you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. Depending on your location within Australia the delivery time will vary between 2 and 10 business days from the time your order is processed. In outlying areas or areas being affected by severe weather conditions the delivery time may take a little longer.
If you require your order urgently or by a specific day we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that this may attract additional delivery charges, in which case we will advise you prior to the delivery being dispatched.
A signature is required on all deliveries. Unfortunately our couriers are generally unable to call you prior to delivering your order. If there is no recipient available the courier will leave a note with details of alternative arrangements for collection or re-delivery.
It is illegal in Australia to sell alcohol to, or purchase it on behalf of a person under the age of 18. As such the courier may request to see proof of I.D. (a valid driver’s licence or passport) at time of delivery if the recipient looks under the age of 25.
Collection from delivery centres
Most orders will be delivered to your door. However in rural or remote areas we may deliver your order to the nearest post office or delivery centre for collection.
The person collecting the liquor must be 18 years of age or above, must present personal I.D. if requested and must present I.D. corresponding to the name on the delivery documentation. If the order is not collected within 10 working days, it will be returned to us and NO refund will be available.
Please note that there are restricted and Dry area locations that, by law, FAT GRAPE cannot deliver to. We will not deliver to the Queensland Dry Area postcodes listed below as well as all alcohol restricted areas of Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

These areas may be amended from time to time if required under the terms of our liquor licence or any applicable law.
As the alcohol restricted areas in the Northern Territory are subject to constant change we will review all orders to all Northern Territory postcodes (08xx) and confirm any restrictions with the Department of Business, Northern Territory Government, prior to confirmation and dispatch of order.
We at the FAT GRAPE pride ourselves in our quality portfolio sourced from personally selected and supported suppliers. In the unlikely situation that you are dissatisfied or wish to cancel your order please notify us in writing at email@example.com within 30 days of your order confirmation and we will provide you with your choice of refund, account credit or replacement (of the same or similar product/s) within a further 30 days of your notification.
The value is typically equivalent to one opened bottle and your remaining unopened bottles, less associated delivery costs. Only if all of the bottles are unopened and intact will we provide a full order value refund, account credit or replacement (less associated delivery costs).
Should you receive an order with any broken bottles please let us know within 2 working days of receipt and FAT GRAPE will issue you with an account credit equal to the price you paid for the broken bottles.
FAT GRAPE reserves the right to cancel or suspend its Returns Policy in relation to any customer we have reason to believe is abusing the Policy, and/or suspend or close that customers account.
